| | Directions | | In a bowl, combine crumbled biscuits, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Stir to mix well. Pour in melted butter, blend to moisten well. You may need to add more melted butter. (Should be the consistency of cake batter). Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake at 450° for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. Optional: Drizzle molasses, honey or pancake syrup over top. |
