| • Mix flour and salt in a large bowl; cut in shortening; add water • Mix well • Take small amounts of dough and roll out on a floured board • Roll out into a round thin shape no larger than your fry pan • Heat fry pan (do not grease); put rolled out dough into hot fry pan • Flip taco shell when slightly browned on bottom • Pop any bubbles that may form with a spatula • Remove from fry pan when slightly brown on both sides |
