| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk to mixture. Mix in blueberries and pecans last. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Then, turn out of pan and onto rack to cool completely. |
