Doughnuts 2 - Recipe

Directions
In very large bowl, mix eggs, yeast, water, sugar, oil, salt and 6 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Knead down. Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll out each ball to a little less than 1/2" thick. Cut with doughnut cutter. Let rise about 30 minutes. Fry in deep fat (375°) until golden brown, turning once. Drain. Glaze while still warm. If freezing doughnuts, freeze without glaze. Thaw, warm in oven and then glaze.
