2 Hour Buns (Rolls) - Recipe

Directions
In mixing bowl with beaters, mix together water, sugar, oil, salt and eggs with 2 cups flour. Add yeast and beat 2 minutes. Change to dough hook and add enough flour to make a soft dough. Mix for 5 minutes.

Heat oven to 175°. Turn oven OFF. Put dough in greased bowl. Cover and let rise in warm oven. If using a plastic bowl put a pot holder under bowl in oven, but don't forget to take the pot holder out with the bowl! Punch dough down 3 times, every 15 minutes.

Shape into buns and put on greased pans; let rise until double. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
