Preheat griddle to 350°. Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. Mix the wet ingredients together. Combine wet and dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour 1/4 cup batter on to buttered griddle. Cook about 3 minutes per side.

-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- WET ingredients
-1 egg
-6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
-2 tablespoons melted ghee or coconut butter
-2 tablespoons maple syrup
-1 cup milk
