Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Shape into palm sized meatballs. Should make about nine, depending on how large you like your meatballs.

Sauce:

Add olive oil to sauce pan. Heat to medium. Sauté mushrooms, chopped onion, and garlic until onion in translucent. Pour all ingredients in a large slow cooker or crockpot. Add meatballs and cook on low 6-8 hours, depending on how hot your crockpot cooks. Serve with your favorite spaghetti or pasta.

-1 teaspoon oregano
-1 tablespoon minced garlic
-1/2 teaspoon Salt

-1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
-1 egg, beaten
- Spaghetti Sauce
-1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 ounce jar)
-1 can Italian diced tomatoes (15 ounce can)
-1 can tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
-1 can tomato paste (Italian style) (6 ounce can)
-1 teaspoon basil
-1 teaspoon oregano
-1 teaspoon Thyme
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 tablespoon minced garlic
-1 yellow onion, chopped (medium)
-1 package freshly sliced mushrooms (8 ounce pkg)
