| | Directions | | Bring sugar and syrup to a boil; take off heat and add peanut butter. Mix until all is melted together and then add Rice Krispies. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together mixing well and spread over top of bar like frosting. |
