Any fruit tastes extra special with this rich-tasting but low calorie dressing - use the ones suggested, or use whatever is available. Vary the amount of sugar according to the acidity of the fruit.

  • Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. The flavor will improve if the dressing is refrigerated for an hour or two, but it can also be used right away if time is short.
  • Combine apples, grapes and banana. Add walnuts, if using. Pour dressing over and toss gently. Serve chilled or room temperature.
