CRUNCHY CHICKEN FINGERS - Recipe

Heat oven to 450°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easy clean up. Lightly coat with nonstick spray. Beat egg in shallow bowl with fork until frothy. Cut off white tendon from chicken tenders; toss tenders in egg batter to coat. In another bowl, mix chips, paprika and salt. Add tenders, a few at a time, and toss with fork to coat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with ranch dressing.
