Panchos Cheese Dip 2 - Recipe

Directions
Grate or dice cheese and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients, boil for 10 min, then simmer 20 min until water evaporates and sauce is thickened.

In a blender, add rotel mixture and then 1/3 of cheese at a time, until all is mixed well.

Store in refrigerator, in sealed container. Dip will not skim over and is best served at room temp.

-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1 pint water
-1 can Rotel
-1 pound Velveeta Cheese
