| Directions | Fry wings in canola oil until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Combine regular Tabasco sauce, Chipotle Tabasco sauce and tomato juice in a small bowl. Submerge wings in the sauce and leave for 1-2 minutes. Place wings on a broiler pan. (Spray pan with "Pam" first for easier cleanup. Baste any remaining sauce mixture on wings before you broil. Broil on high for 6 minutes. Turn wings and broil another 6 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing and an ice cold beer. |
