| Directions | Blend Crisco, brown sugar, peanut butter, salt and egg. Add mixed dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1" balls. place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. flatten by pressing crisscross with tines of fork. Bake in oven 375°, 10 to 20 minutes. Cool on baking sheets 2 to 3 minutes before removing. Makes four dozen 2 inch cookies. |
