Coarsely crack brittle into small pieces and set aside. Microwave Brie until softened and oozing from bottom. Place Brie on serving plate and top with cracked brittle. Place berries and mint leaves, decoratively, surrounding the Brie wheel. Serve with assorted crackers, Petit Ecolier or Godiva chocolate biscuits...entertaining made easy!
