| | Directions | | Combine cream cheese, onion, crab meat and hot sauce. (Use several dashes of hot sauce for flavor.) Take a small teaspoon of mixture and place in the center of each Wonton skin. Fold Wonton to form a triangle. Use a mixture of flour and water to make a paste to seal edges. Deep fry until golden. To make the sauce, fry onion and garlic in oil until fragrant. Blend all ingredients together and add to saucepan; cook, stirring until sauce bubbles. Reduce heat to low and stir. Add in cornstarch and cook until it thickens. |
