Directions
Mix beets, sugar, vinegar, and pickling spice. Place eggs in large, glass jar. Pour beet mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 5 or more days.

-1 cup Sugar
-1 3/4 cups vinegar
-3 tablespoons pickling spice
