In a large bowl put flour and make a well. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water and set aside. Blend eggs, butter and salt in blender until mixed well. Add yeast mixture and blend again. Pour mixture into flour and stir until a ball is formed. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes. Cover and place in a warm place until double in size. (1-2 hours).

Punch down dough and divide dough in half. Roll out on lightly floured board until 1/2 inch thick.

Alternating, place a layer of ham-provolone-pepperoni-mozzarella on dough. Roll up. Let stand for half an hour covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand for half an hour after removing from oven. Slice and serve warm.

-6 cups flour
-3 packets yeast
-1 stick butter, melted (1/2 lb stick)
-4 eggs
-1 1/2 cups warm water
-2 tablespoons sugar
-1 tablespoon salt
-1 pound ham
-1/4 pound pepperoni
-1 pound sliced provolone
-1 pound sliced mozzarella
