- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a bowl, combine the wafer crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
- In a microwave, heat caramel topping on high for 1-2 minutes or until warm. Drizzle over the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until chips are melted. Cool on a wire rack.
