Directions
  • Divide fresh greens between plates.
  • In a medium bowl, combine crab, celery, green onion, red onion, parsley, capers, salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a small bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Whisk together, drizzle over salads and serve immediately.

-1/4 cup celery, chopped
-2 tablespoons green onion, sliced thin
-2 tablespoons red onion, diced

-1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (adjust to taste)
-1/4 cup canola oil
