Cilantro Salad Dressing - Recipe
Great on romaine salad.

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and pulse until smooth, or if preferred, coarsely chopped.
Refrigerate a minimum of one hour.
Keeps approximately 5 days in the refrigerator.
*Or 4 ounces of green chilies, diced.

1 bunch cilantro (leaves only)
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 jalapeÃ±o peppers, seeded and diced*
1/2 cup feta cheese (any flavor)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
