Quick & Easy Italian Peas Recipe
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and saute for approximately 5 minutes and then add the minced garlic; cook an additional minute.
  • Add the peas, stock, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or just until peas are tender.
