- Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan.
- In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beer to the dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Fold the cheese into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 50 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing. Place on a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
