Hoisin Chicken Wings - Recipe

Chicken wings with an Asian flare. Sure to please any wing lover. These would also be great grilled to get the skin a little crispy.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin, teriyaki, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and chili sauce, if desired.

Arrange chicken wing pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Brush chicken with hoisin sauce mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until chicken wings are no longer pink in the center, 40-35 minutes, basting and turning every 15 minutes.

-1/2 cup hoisin sauce
-1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
-1/4 cup brown sugar

-1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
-1 tablespoon chili sauce
