|Preheat oven to 400° F. |
Place hashbrowns evenly in large muffin tins. Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Top each muffin tin with ham. Crack an egg into each muffin tin.
Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are set.
