Garlic Roasted Vegetables - Recipe

Roasting vegetables caramelizes them slightly bringing out a ton of flavor. You can roast just about any vegetable you can think of. Cauliflower is one of my favorites.

Garlic Roasted Vegetables Recipe
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place vegetables on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkl with garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until caramelized, stirring every 10 minutes.

-1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
-1 head cauliflower florets
-1 red pepper
-1/2 red onion
-3 carrots, sliced
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
