Preheat oven to 375 degreese F. Grease muffin cups. Line each muffin cup with a slice of ham.

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.

Add eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion; mix well.

Place a slice of ham in a greased muffin cup. Sprinkle half of the ham into cups. Pour egg mixture to fill and sprinkle with remaining ham.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
