Bright Green Salsa - Recipe
Make it as hot as you like but increasing the number of peppers or including the seeds. If you haven't tried salsa with tomatillos, this is it. Delicious especially with garden fresh onions and peppers.

Place all in blender and blend well.
Chill and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
1/2 bunch cilantro, washed
3 tomatillos, husks removed
2 serrano or jalapeno peppers, washed, stems removed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
