| | Directions | | Sift dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in cinnamon chips, apples, raisins and nuts to this mixture. Pour into 3 9-inch loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool. Glaze if desired. Glaze: Mix well and pour over bread. Top with 5 pecan halves. |
