| | Directions | | Over medium heat, combine oil and flour in a medium size saucepan. Stir until a paste is formed. Add one cup of broth at a time and stir using a whisk. Make sure that there are no lumps before adding the remaining broth. After all liquid is added you can then add your salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve. |
