Directions
Place all vegetables except salad greens in a large bowl.

Add dressing and mix gently.

Add in feta cheese and mix.

Serve vegetable mixture over shredded salad greens, if desired and add pepper to taste.

-1/2 vidalia onion, finely chopped

-1/2 jar marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped (optional)
-1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
