| | Directions | | Sauté 1/4 cup butter and onions. Add flour and mix. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Then add green beans to mixture and put in 9x13" baking dish. Brown corn flakes in 1/4 cup butter. Spread over green bean mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking. |
