Pineapple Challah Kugel - Recipe

Break Challah into small pieces. Mix with margarine, sugar, pineapples and beaten eggs.

Grease a 9X13 pan. Pour kugel into pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until golden brown and crispy.

-1 whole challah (old and stale is perfect)
-1/2 stick margarine
-1/2 cup sugar
-2 cans crushed pineapples
-6 eggs, beaten
