| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Medium dice squash and onions, then place in a bowl. Drizzle oil and Spice Delight and basil on to the vegetables. Mix well. Spread vegetables onto a cookie sheet pan and place pan into preheated oven. Roast for 20 minutes. Once squash has finished roasting, place the squash in a serving bowl and fold in the Parmesan cheese. Garnish with tomatoes of choice. |
