Directions
Defrost hash browns and mix with melted butter and seasonings. Add onion, soup, cheese and sour cream. Mix together. Pour into 9x13 inch greased pan or 3 quart casserole dish. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

-1 package frozen hash browns (2 lb. bag)
-1/2 cup butter, melted
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1/2 cup onion, chopped
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
-1 cup sour cream
