| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk, cook and stir until bubbly; add cheeses, stirring until melted. Stir in potatoes. Turn half the mixture into 10x6x2 inch baking dish; top with broccoli. Spoon remaining potato mixture over broccoli and cover. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. In a small bowl, mix crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle around edges. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes longer. |
