Potato Broccoli Bake - Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk, cook and stir until bubbly; add cheeses, stirring until melted. Stir in potatoes. Turn half the mixture into 10x6x2 inch baking dish; top with broccoli. Spoon remaining potato mixture over broccoli and cover. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. In a small bowl, mix crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle around edges. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes longer.

-1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
-2 cups milk
-1 package cream cheese, cubed (3 ounce pkg)
-1 Swiss cheese, shredded (1/2 cup 2 ounce )
-1 frozen hash brown potatoes (loose packed), thawed (4 cup 16 ounce )
-1 package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained (10 ounce pkg)
-1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
-1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
