| | Directions | | Bake pie shell until lightly browned. Slice tomatoes in pie shell, add onions. Sprinkle with pepper, basil and chives. Mix mayonnaise with 1 cup of cheese. Spread over the tomatoes and onions. Add additional 1/2 cup cheese to top of pie. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. |
