| | Directions | | Put cubed potatoes into steamer basket, and steam for 20 min, or until potatoes are fork tender. Remove potatoes to a bowl, add butter and salt, and mash with a potato masher. Add ONE chili from the can, chopped very fine, and 1/2 tsp of the adobo sauce. (Add slowly, as this can get spicy!) |
