Corn Casserole with Jalapenos - Recipe

Corn casserole with a whole lot of flavor. The bell peppers and jalapenos are the perfect addition to this dish.

Directions

Melt butter with onion and bell pepper in microwave. Mix all other ingredients and 1/2 of cheese. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes then top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

-		1 can whole kernel corn
-		1 can cream corn
-		1 stick butter
-		2 Eggs
-		1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix - 8.5 oz.
-		1/2 chopped onion
-		1/2 chopped bell pepper
-		2 chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
-		salt and pepper to taste
-		2 cups grated cheese
