| | Directions | | Boil yams in skin about 20 minutes, til tender. Coll and slice. Peel and cut apples in eighths. Arrange apples and yams alternately in greased baking dish. Dot with margarine. Add sugar, water, spices and almonds. Bake @ 475° for 20 minutes. Add marshmallows and continue baking 20 minutes more. |
