| | Directions | | Crumble fried bacon, Saut onion and pepper in drippings. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook 20 - 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Alternate layers of hominy and cheese in a greased 2 qt casserole dish ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serves 6. |
