| | Directions | | Cook corn in a small amount of water. Add butter, salt, pepper, and cream (except for reserved 1/4 cup). Bring to a boil. Reduce Heat. Mix rest of cream with corn starch until smooth. Add to corn mixture. Heat until thick, add sugar. Stir and serve. Add a little milk if you sauce is too thick. |
