Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3qt. sauce pan boil water, add macaroni when water comes to a rolling boil. While macaroni is cooking, cut up cheese into small blocks. Place cheese in 9x13 baking dish. Add garlic, salt & pepper to cheese. When macaroni is tender, drain, add butter and mix well. After butter is melted, mix macaroni into cheese combination. Add 1/2 pt. whipping cream, continue to mix. Place in oven. Continue to mix approx. every 10 min adding the rest of the whipping cream until cheese is melted & mixed thoroughly. Continue to bake until top is golden brown. Approx. 1hr. total bake time.

-8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
-8 ounces Colby cheese
-8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese
-8 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
-1/2 block Velveeta cheese
-1 pound macaroni
-1 pint heavy whipping cream
-2 tablespoons garlic
-1 stick real butter
- Salt & pepper
