| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3qt. sauce pan boil water, add macaroni when water comes to a rolling boil. While macaroni is cooking, cut up cheese into small blocks. Place cheese in 9x13 baking dish. Add garlic, salt & pepper to cheese. When macaroni is tender, drain, add butter and mix well. After butter is melted, mix macaroni into cheese combination. Add 1/2 pt. whipping cream, continue to mix. Place in oven. Continue to mix approx. every 10 min adding the rest of the whipping cream until cheese is melted & mixed thoroughly. Continue to bake until top is golden brown. Approx. 1hr. total bake time. |
