Spray a 9X13 dish & pour hash browns into the dish. Combine butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion, soup & cheese. Pour on top of hash browns & mix well.
Topping:
Toss corn flakes crumbs with melted butter & put on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika & serve hot.
