| | Directions | | Fill large saucepan about half full with cold water; add milk and salt and bring to boil. Meanwhile, remove green leaves from cauliflower. Cut off stem. Place cauliflower (whole) in saucepan upside down. Cover saucepan and cook 8 minutes. Remove and drain well. Transfer to serving platter and pour some of cheese sauce over top. Reserve remaining sauce for individual portions. Serves 4 to 6. |
