| | Directions | | In a large saucepan, soak beans overnight. In the morning, drain and replace beans in saucepan. Cover with fresh water and cook until tender. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add a little oil and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Add ground pork and sauté until no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes, pepper, basil, oregano and sage; mix well and heat through. Spoon mixture into four individual baking dishes, or into a large casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot. An easy dinner in a hurry! |
