| | Directions | | Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 Swiss cheese and 1/2 onions. Pour into shallow 1 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with remaining cheese and onion and bake uncovered for 5 or 6 minutes. |
