Combine all ingredients, mix well. Drop mixture by tbsp into hot oil in a skillet. Flatten patties, cook to golden brown, turn and brown other side.

-		1 teaspoon Salt
-		dash pepper
-		2 tablespoons chopped onion
-		3/4 cup flour
-		3/4 cup meal
-		2 teaspoons baking powder
-		2 tablespoons milk
-		1 egg, beaten
