| | Directions | | Peel, cut-up and cook potatoes until done, drain water. Mash potatoes with mixer until there are no lumps. Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, mix well, add garlic salt and pepper, mix well. Butter a 9" x 13" pan pour in potato mixture, dot with butter on top of mixture. Cover with foil, bake at 400° for 50 - 60 minutes |
