| | Directions | | Break broccoli and cauliflower in florets. In a 4 qt. saucepan over high heat, bring 1" water to boiling. Add the vegetables. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Pour into a large bowl. Add other ingredients and 2 T. water. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hrs, tossing occasionally. This can be made up to five days ahead. |
