| | Directions | | Heat oven to 350 F.. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Have a pan of hot water, large enough to fit casserole dish. Cook macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally until almost tender Drain. Put half the macaroni in prepared casserole dish, sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat the layers. Mix eggs, milk, onions and seasoning together and pour over casserole. Top with crackers, and dot with butter. Set in pan of hot water and bake 60 minutes or until brown. |
